HAVE A TEA CEREMONY: studies from Japan found that people who drank 5 or more cups of green tea a day were less likely to die, from any cause, than people who drank less than one cup. The biggest decrease was in heart disease, but green tea also provided protection from cancer. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants that protect your blood vessels and cells.
